Store Rental Policy

Short Term Rental:
1. The medical equipment store offers rental services for various durations, including days, weeks, and months.
2. Customers can rent the required medical equipment for a short period as per their specific needs. Please call 604-615-6460 for more information on availability and rental cost.

Free Delivery/Set-Up/Take Down/Pick-up

Long Term Return Policy:

1. For long-term rentals, the following return policy applies based on the duration of the rental period:

a. months rental policy:
- Customers who return the rented equipment or medical supplies within 6 months will receive a refund of 60% of the initial deposit.
b. 1-year rental policy:
- Customers who return the rented equipment or medical supplies within 1 year will receive a refund of 50% of the initial deposit.
c. 2-year rental policy:
- Customers who return the rented equipment or medical supplies within 2 years will receive a refund of 40% of the initial deposit.
d. 3-year rental policy:
- Customers who return the rented equipment or medical supplies within 3 years will receive a refund of 30% of the initial deposit.
e. 4-year rental policy:
- Customers who return the rented equipment or medical supplies within 4 years will receive a refund of 20% of the initial deposit.
f. 5-year rental policy:
- Customers who return the rented equipment or medical supplies within 5 years will receive a refund of 10% of the initial deposit.

2. The refund percentage mentioned above is applicable only if the rented equipment or medical supplies are returned in good condition, free from any damage or excessive wear and tear.
3. The refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame after the return of the rented equipment or medical supplies.
4. Customers are responsible for the safekeeping and proper usage of the rented equipment or medical supplies during the rental period.
5. Any damage or loss caused to the rented equipment or medical supplies due to negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repairs will result in a deduction from the refundable deposit.
6. The medical equipment store reserves the right to inspect the returned equipment or medical supplies to assess their condition before processing the refund.
7. In case of any disputes or disagreements regarding the refund amount, the decision of the medical equipment store shall be final and binding.

By agreeing to rent the equipment or medical supplies from our store, customers acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions mentioned in this rental policy.
